Refund policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within the United Arab Emirates only.

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the UAE.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
